Samwise Gamgee was born in 2980 of the Third Age, who was the gardener of Bilbo Baggins, then Frodo Baggins, after Bilbo left the Shire to Rivendell. Samwise was loyal to Frodo, who stuck with him, all the way to Mordor: the mountain of fire. Samwise Gamgee wouldn't go any where with out Frodo nearby, he also saved Frodo's life with the fight with the spider, Shelob, in the tunnels. Sam took the light of Galadriel that she gave to Frodo for a light in dark places, and the sword, and drove it away. Sam had thought he lost Frodo, so he took the ring, and brought it with him, along with the sword.
After Frodo sailed to the undying lands, he married Rosie Cotton and had thirteen children and was also the mayor.: Elanor, Tolman, Robin, Rose, Frodo, Pippin, Merry, Goldilocks, Hamfast, Primrose, Daisy and Ruby.
When Rosie died, Samwise Gamgee sailed to the Undying Lands and met Frodo Baggins again.
