The Party and afterwords when Sam explains to Frodo that it'll be the farthest away from home he's ever been and Frodo tells him what Bilbo used to say to him...and also when there in the cornfield
I also like the part when Boromir was teaching Merry and Pippin have that sword fight and the hobbits attack Boromir!
Also when Boromir tried to save Merry and Pippin from the orcs (That was very brave, go Boromir!)

Only when The troll dropped Merry
