Chapter 4 Mom: what happened honey? Megan: nothing Mom: are you coming home because of Nick Megan: no, I am coming to visit you Mom: that’s great when Megan: is 1 day ok Mom: why don’t you bring your friends over for dinner tomorrow night Megan: cool, um mom would you mind if Justin brought his parents and brother over Mom: no that would be great Megan: ok I’ll see you then Mom: I love you Megan: I love you too bye Megan: hey Justin Justin: how you holding up Megan: I’m doing ok Justin: that’s good Megan: Justin my mom invited all of us to dinner tomorrow night and she said it would be fine to bring your parents and brother Justin: ok, I’ll call her thanks Megan: no problem Justin hugged her and then went to call his mom. Megan told the rest of the crew about the dinner tomorrow night. They all got changed and drove the Winnie over to Megan’s house. Dannie: so you still live here Megan: no, well I come over for a night or something Holly: that’s cool, you have any brothers or sisters Megan: yeah, an older brother, I don’t know if he’s going to be there because he is off at college at UNC Justin: your kidding right Megan: no why Justin: because that’s the school I wanted to go to Megan: that’s cool, Ryan make a left up here Ryan: ok, which house is yours Megan: 8412 Ryan: ok where should I park Megan: on the curb, it’ll be fine, not many people come down here Ryan: all right girls let’s go Justin: don’t want to be late, that wouldn’t make a good first impression Jason: well right now I’m really nervous because I don’t know if Justin’s and Megan’s parents will like me, but you just have to live with that because I’m her friend, and if Megan’s brother is there than we’ll be cool because he sounds like a cool guy Holly: all right, here goes nothing Megan knocked on the door of the big house. Then Megan’s mom came to open it Megan: mom..... Mom: hey you’re home Megan: yeah I am Megan hugged her mom and then she went down the list of people to introduce them to her mom. They were all getting to know each other and then Megan’s dad stepped into the house Dad: what’s the RV doing outside our house Megan: sorry dad didn’t have anywhere to put it Dad: is that Megan Megan: yeah dad its me Dad: it’s so good to see you again, how you holding up Megan: I’m doing good, I want you to meet my best friends Dad: ok Justin: I’m Justin Dad: very nice to meet you, I heard a lot about you, about you all Dannie: I’m Dannie, nice to meet you Dad: nice to meet you too Jason: I’m the crazy one I’m Jason Ryan: I’m Ryan Holly: I’m Holly Dad: well I’m Mike They all started to talk again and about 10 minutes later there was anther doorbell Megan: I’ll get it, hello Unknown: your Megan right Megan: yeah that would be me and you Lynn: I’m so sorry I’m Lynn, Justin’s mom Megan: we’ve been expecting you, come on in Lynn: so, its very nice to finally meet the girl my son had been talking about non- stop every phone call Megan so he’s been talking about me Paul: lots, I’m Paul Justin’s Step- dad Megan: It’s very nice to meet you, and who is this little one Jon: I’m Jon Megan: very nice to meet you, I’m Megan Jon: you too Megan: Justin your family is here Jon: (running) Justin Justin: hey buddy Jon: I’m glad I can see you again, it’s not the same Justin: I know, let’s eat and I’ll introduce you to my friends Jon: ok but Megan is 5000 times prettier than you told me Justin: well I tried Megan: mom and dad, I want you to meet, Justin’s mom and step- dad Mike: Paul Megan: how’d you know that Mike: I went to school with him and I went to the their wedding Justin: ok that’s just strange. Megan: ok back up a couple seconds. This trip is getting weirder as it goes. I’m learning so much and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. This keeps you on your toes and our next mission is going to be cool. It’s swimming, that’s something I’m good at Dannie: ok awkward moment, everyone knows each other and us three are just like sitting there, giving hellos and if the night couldn’t get any better They all ate dinner and after dinner they all went outside on the deck when anther man came into the door.
