Chapter 13 Dave Holms: Well now were at Season 6. This season was different from anything one else because it was live. There have been many speculations after this season due to everything. Right now here’s Ryan, Holly, Dannie, Jason, and Megan They all talked and then it was Megan’s turn Dave: So miss… what have you been up to Megan: nothing really just getting everything back to normal Dave: oh… how was the experience for you Megan: live changing… literally Dave: so you’ve decided to stay I the public eye Megan: even though the public tour me apart I wanted to. I knew Nsync and JC and Lance from them urged me to and said I could make it or something on those lines Dave: well you did… now to your personal life if you don’t mind… did you have any relations with Justin on the show Megan: besides friendship no… he was there for me when I broke up with my boyfriend… and everything else Dave: so what are you doing now since you’re married and have a beautiful baby girl Megan: just relaxing and loving it in every way. Dave: that’s great now let’s talk with Justin from VIA satellite Dave: hey Justin Justin: hey Dave Dave: where are you right now Justin: I’m in LA shooting a video Dave: cool Awhile later Justin: yea I’m married and have a baby girl and have my friends and family couldn’t have asked for anything better Dave: why don’t we bring out Megan’s husband and child Dave: please welcome Justin and Jessica Timberlake Justin came walking out with Jessica in his arms with everyone clapping and Megan getting up and kissing him. Everyone hooted and such because they were so proud of the couple Dave: so I guess you both stayed in contact with each other Megan: yeah Justin: and we are very much in love Dave: so before I get into anything, who’s this little girl Justin: this is our 5-week-old baby girl Dave: wow Megan: this little girl was born on September 10th Dave: that’s great so how’d your parents like the news Megan: they were thrilled Justin: they trusted us and that’s all that mattered Dave: so how long have you guys been together Justin: well since the 2000 Olympics Dave: ok now there has been speculations when Megan disappeared awhile back you were with her Megan: that wasn’t true at all, we had some differences and we were separated at the time but we’re all good now Justin: that was when we hit the fork in the road that was the hardest part of our relationship Dave: so we heard from some source that the guys of Nsync are kind of mad at you for marrying Megan: oh… that’s what they’re saying now Justin: bunch of lies, they are best friends to Megan, she’s like a sister to them and they were more than happy for us to finally tie the knot Dave: now that’s settled what’s up with the both of you in the business Megan: I’m toning it down like I announced awhile ago so I can spend time with my family but I’m still do my production and still sing and there is a major tour in the works with me, Nsync and maybe someone else but my label understands when I say no… Justin: or I say no we mean it and can’t call out of the blue and ask us to do stuff. Our appearances are set up by out public relations, Sara Barns and everything is run passed us first Megan: our marriage is great and we couldn’t be more happier and the relationship has lots of trust in it so we trust each other lots Justin: we love each other so much and we could tell each other anything Megan: our album should be out soon because we just finished it and the final outcome is being made right now Dave: so the other guys how are they taking it that you are about to put out a duet album Justin: they are thrilled for me and understand but everyone in the group does side projects, JC sings with other artists, Chris with fuman, Lance with Freelance and Joey with his clubs but it all comes back to the group so its great and we’re like brothers so its great Dave: ok Megan. There has been speculation about your labor and something went wrong Megan: no… it’s actually a bunch of moms that are like I’m not real and I’m fake. That’s totally not true because anyone who as ever met me know I’m not like that Dave: why were they like this Megan: they didn’t like me to start with because they thought that I was a slut and a whore and stuff like that and that’s not true at all. I find it really funny that they were jealous of me. There was this girl that I meet and her mom knows one of the girls in that group and said that it wasn’t fair that I was in labor for about 2 hours and most were 12 hours Dave: but didn’t the doctor’s have to worry about your body since you were so petite Megan: yeah that was a threat… it was said that my hips were so small and narrow that the baby might have a problem with that but Jessica was far down enough that it wasn’t a problem Dave: wow… so who’s in this picture with you Justin: that is Carrie and her family. Dave: who’s Carrie Justin: Carrie is very special to all of us in our area Dave: who is she and how’d you meet her Megan: well Carrie has cancer to the heart and is on the list for a heart transplant. We got a call one-day to go visit a very sick girl in the hospital that wasn’t well off. She has 1 sister and a brother. Her parents were in danger with money with all the treatment. This little girl is only 5 years old. Nsync and I sang to her and was great. We all spent a lot of time with her Justin: we didn’t find out that they didn’t have enough money and had to sell both of their cars and put their house in mortgage. It was a very sad story but what amazed us the most was this little girl and her sister. Her sister is 15 and loved her sister and family very much and she helped out with anything. Megan: Carrie and her sister Kate brought a lot of thinking to this. We saw this girl for about the next 2 months… we helped her and her family out a lot. We bought them 2 new cars and a nice decent house by where all of us lived. Carrie is finally receiving a heart transplant in 2 days after a long wait and Kate… she inspired us a lot… she is now the official babysitter of Jessica and tour babysitter of the tour. Her mother is now the head of the executive staff of my tour and her father is now a technician for the tour. Justin: this family is what made us thinking… we have a new charity out for anyone in the same situation that will help them pay for all the bills and everything. We have a fundraising activity right now. Here’s Kate and Carrie to explain it… On the screen were Kate and Carrie in a hospital room Kate: hey u’all. We’re doing well right now Carrie: and I’m finally getting my heart Kate: but that’s not what we are here to say right now. The fundraising activity that we helped Megan and the bunch discover and its great Carrie: u donate anything needed for the charity and sometime in the end of the year there will be charity games… a basketball, soccer, lacrosse, football, and baseball. These games will have all-star musicians and actors/actresses. We are hoping this will get you interested and go help out this foundation.
