Chapter 10 Megan: well I feel like I love you more than anything Justin: me too Megan: but right now my life is so hectic, I am going to therapy everyday and taking care of Connor and Justin. I don’t know what we can do to help this relationship. I am so stressed over things and I can’t swim anymore to remove my stress. Justin: were you really good at swimming Megan: yeah I was the top of my team, I swam up and then I was the 15th fastest swimming in the country. Justin: oh my gosh Megan: yeah and then it all stopped after the accident and I lost my scholarship to the summer program and high school so I had to forget about that and move on. I swam so fast because it relived my stress and nothing can relieve it and you saw what happened last time that I tried. Justin: well I know one thing Megan: what Justin got down on one knee Justin: the first day I met you, you were the one I’ve always looked for and you told me a story more than life itself. I love you and everything since I took you to our special spot and Justin JR. I want this relationship to work and I try not to fail so Megan Melissa Chasez will you marry me. Megan: me marry you? They relaxed the rest of the weekend and walked along the beach thinking about their future and everything. Megan was so happy when she came back. JC stood up and went over to hug Megan. He saw the ring on her finger JC: congratulations Megan: oh thank you, I am happy too The rest of the day was fun and Megan was happy because she had a great life in front of her. Megan was upstairs looking over Justin JR. When the doorbell rang. JC: I got it, hello Andrew: JC where is my cousin JC: Andrew I think you should leave now Andrew: not until I see my cousin, Megan (yelled her name) Megan: coming Justin came down with Megan to see who was at the door Andrew: Megan you’ve grown up Megan: yeah I know, I am fine now Andrew: I want to be with you again Megan: no Andrew I can’t I am leading a whole different life after you left me with a 5-day-old brother. Connor: daddy come to the park with me JC: not right now, take Joey outside with you for awhile and then I’ll take you to the park ok Connor: ok daddy, I love you, bye JC: bye Connor Andrew: why does Connor call JC daddy Megan: because he has always been there for him Andrew: his parents died, doesn’t he know that Megan: yeah I have, he knows, he’s a smart boy (through her hands up reveling her ring) Andrew grabbed Megan’s hand Megan: get off of me Andrew: what is that Megan: a ring, leave me alone Justin: get off of my fiancee Andrew: aw you’re getting married, who’s walking you down the isle Megan: JC is why Andrew: why can’t my dad do it he is family and all, you shut us all out and we haven’t heard from you or Connor Megan: I shut you all out because you left me and my family wouldn’t take care of Connor or help me with things so I turned to JC, go, go now, leave this house now JC: you heard her now leave Andrew: fine I’ll leave Andrew left and he left Megan in tears Justin: Megan who was that Megan: he used to be my favorite cousin until he left me with a baby brother and never came back. My own family wouldn’t help me, they said you can take care of him, your should be responsible at the age of 16 and he could be yours. My family didn’t understand at all Justin: I’m sorry once again Megan: no that’s all right, you have a right to know Justin: not unless you want to tell me Megan: my life was flipped upside side and now you’re helping me get through it Justin: I have a surprise for you Megan: what is it Justin: well you know that JC has no next door neighbors so I bought a house and their going to build it right next door and I was talking to JC and were going to go back up to Maryland with you to get the rest of your stuff in your house Megan: that’s a good surprise. When do we leave? Justin: in 2 days, were going with Connor and leaving Justin Jr. With JC’s mom Megan: ok that sounds good to me 2 days later Megan, Justin, JC and Connor were on a plane back to Maryland. Megan was happy but still sad but she knew she could do it. Megan could finally start to hold Justin and she had to leave him, but she knew that she would see him in a couple of days. They took a taxi to Megan’s house and Justin was in amazement at how large Megan’s house was. Megan slowly steeped out of the taxi with Connor in one hand and the keys to her house on anther Megan: Connor, this used to be our house Connor: it did, I don’t remember Megan: well you were very little when we moved with JC Megan stepped onto the porch and went to the door. She had a tear rolling down her cheek but she knew that she needed to close this chapter in her life. The big wooden door swung open and Megan could see everything that was left the way it was when she left 2 years ago. Megan ran upstairs to her old room to see all her awards and achievements. Justin noticed her go upstairs so he followed her. Justin: how you doing Megan: ok, here help me pack this box Justin: sure About a half-hour later Connor came into Megan’s room Connor: Megan, which room is mine Megan: come her Connor, I’ll take you Megan took Connor to his room and saw an unmade bed and a crib with much baby stuff scattered around the room Connor: I’m too big for this stuff, this isn’t mine Megan: yeah it is, you were really little when you lived here Connor: oh JC went out to get some food and movies for the weekend. Megan went downstairs to pack some things on the wall of pictures of her family. She also found her lab top. She put that in the box and decided to look at it later. The rest of the night of full of watching movies and family videos. The next 2 days the 3 were packing many things. Megan would cry every now and then but knew it was worth it to have memories with her down in Florida. They took an extra day shipping and finishing packing some things. Megan finally said good bye to her house for awhile. They went back onto the plane and when they got home they saw workers working on the new house and then they were planning out the whole wedding. During this whole thing Justin still didn’t talk to his mother. Connor was going to be the ring bearer; Chris’s sister was going to be the flower girl. Justin’s best man was JC, and his men were Chris, Joey, and Lance. Megan’s maid of honor was Heather, JC’s sister, her brides maids were Meagan, her best friend back In Maryland that she caught up with a few times in Maryland and in Florida, Kate, her best friend in Maryland, and Holly, she was from Road Rules. They met because Megan’s brother’s friend was her cousin and Megan and Holly instantly clicked. The date was planned for April 24, 2000. All the other holidays flew by rather quickly and everybody was really busy preparing for the wedding and everything. Justin jr. was growing up fast just like Connor. The public never found out about Megan and Justin’s relationship and the baby and the wedding. The dress Megan picked out was a long white dress that had a Tommy Hilifiger logo on the front with embroidered roses across the front and it had a small train. The bridesmaids’ dresses consisted of baby blue dresses with flowers embroidered on the top and it had spaghetti straps that criss crossed in the back. By the time the wedding rolled around Megan’s and Justin’s house was complete with a baby room, Connor’s room, Master bedroom, 5 guestrooms and so on. It was the day of the wedding and Megan was really nervous about everything. Meagan: calm down Megan, it will be all right Heather: I know, it’s only 15 minutes till the wedding, can you hold out Megan: I guess but I am really nervous Heather: I know honey but don’t be It was finally time and all the bridesmaids went down the isle and JC turned to Megan before going down the isle JC: you ready Megan Megan: as ready as I’ll ever be JC: I love you Megan: I love you too JC walked Megan down the isle and she saw Justin’s mom crying and thought that was a good sign. JC got up to Justin and gave Megan to him. Justin was extremely happy at everything at that point. During the vow that Megan was saying Justin was day dreaming about all the great times they spent together. Then it was time for Justin to say the vows Justin: I, Justin Randall Timberlake take Megan Melissa Chasez to be my lawful wedded wife in sickness and heath, in richer or poor. To death do me part Minister: then I do pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride. I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Justin Timberlake Everyone stood up and clapped. That was a perfect day for Megan and nothing could ever change that. That day Justin’s mom regained trust in both of the siblings and she learned to except Megan for who she is. Justin kept up his dream for the next 10 years and finally died down. Megan fully recovered from her accident. All members of NSYNC are still best fiends and all.
