Melissa was running for her brother Andrew Carson because when they were racing he broke his leg by crashing on the course. Melissa was sitting there getting her bike ready when a guy came up to her. Defendant you may call your first witness Lawyer: ok I want to call Melissa Andrea Carson Siragusa to the stand… Ok Melissa how old are you Melissa: I just turned 17 years old sir Lawyer: how long did you live with the Carson’s or other known as your parents Melissa: I lived with them for 10 years before I went to high school Lawyer: which you say that your parents abused you though out those 10 years Melissa: yes if I did anything wrong I would get it Lawyer: so you have any proof Melissa; I do, I still have some scars from a couple of the more horrific abusing and I do have pictures of a lot of my previous bruises Lawyer: how do you prove that Mr. and Mrs. Carson did that to you Melissa: I have my knowledge of what they did and my 2 brothers Andrew and Jason Carson were there and got hit too and I do have some recordings of them hitting me and my siblings Lawyer: why did it take you over 7 years to press charges against your parents Melissa: I thought that everyone deserves a second chance no matter what they did and god will always forgive you for all your sins Lawyer: ok Melissa what did you do 3 weekends ago Melissa: I rode in motorcross Lawyer: why you’re a girl Melissa: well this sport is one of my favorite sports and my twin brother broke his leg so I look his place Lawyer: we maybe this is where you got all your scars maybe your lying and just want to get money from your parents Melissa’s Lawyer: objection your honor Judge: over ruled Lawyer: ok who hit you the most Melissa: my mother Lawyer: what about your father Melissa: he hit me occasionally but not as much as my mother Lawyer: explain what your relationship is with your father Melissa: I didn’t have much of a relationship with him but we respected each other. We wouldn’t go as far as love but we were on the same level as each other Lawyer: didn’t you all ready get money from them with blackmail Melissa: ok yeah but I left to my singing career and when my mother was threatening me I called my dad up and threatened him. My lawyers and his lawyers agreed to a contract that states that I leave them alone and never bring abusing to the public unless they contact me. My so- called mother signed it and she fail. The contract stated that the both of them owe me 6 million dollars and it was settled Lawyer: how did your mother fail this Melissa: she called and threatened to kill me in many ways because I’m a girl, she never respected me as a girl she wanted me to be a boy but my father stopped that and that’s what out relationship is Lawyer: no further questions, I would like to call Paul Carson to the stand, ok Paul did you ever hit your daughter Paul: yes I did and I regretted it always. Lawyer: did your wife ever abuse your daughter Paul: yes she did all the times, never left her alone. Melissa has been too much in her lifetime, I don’t know why I’m still with my wife but I love her, she has come close to beat Melissa to death, she has shoot her many times. Melissa has a medical problem because my wife has beaten Melissa too much Lawyer: so you admit to this Paul: Yes I do, I removed Melissa from the scene I sent her to live with my brother in the broncs Lawyer: that’s not a good neighborhood why did you send her there Paul: that’s the only option I had and she said she wanted to go there Lawyer: no further questions 3 days later and many witnesses. The lawyer finally called Melissa’s mother to the stand Melissa’s Lawyer: ok Marlene have you ever hit your daughter Marlene: never she is a beautiful young lady Lawyer: what about what your husband, daughter, and witnesses, and doctors proved Marlene: they are full of shit, I love my daughter Lawyer: are you lying to me Marlene: hell yes Lawyer: so are you admitting to abusing your daughter Marlene: yeah and I would do it again, she is a fucking whore and never be wanted in this world. She’s a screw up and she fifthly white trailer trash she doesn’t deserve to live on the earth, she’s a sin to everyone. She will never be worthy enough and she is such a wussy. Just then Marlene pulled out a gun and shot Melissa 7 times before anyone could tame her. The guards had to shoot her. Then they called the paramedics. Melissa was in a serious state which she had blood coming out of her mouth. She had 3 bullet wounds to front side and one to the lower back and one in the knee. She was barely holding onto life. Melissa’s world went black after that. The next day. MTV TRL Carson: hey John what do you have in the news department for us today John: well I have so bad news today. If any one hasn’t heard about Melissa Carson. Then your probably living under a rock but just this week she has been in a courtroom to defend her to her billionaire parents which is fighting over the abasement of Melissa. Melissa Carson was abused for 11 years before her father got her out of the situation. Her father didn’t abuse her that much but it was her mother. All this was kept on the down low to keep away from the press. Yesterday before the jury decided the verdict Melissa’s mother Marlene Carson pulled out a gun and shot her daughter 3 times in the chest, once in the lower back and in the knee. Marlene later died in the emergency room but Melissa is barely holding onto life. We got an exclusive interview with Melissa’s brother Andrew Carson, this is what he had to say, “My sister is a strong girl and should pull through, she’s gone through to much to have this happen to her, she will survive because she is wanted on this earth, no mater what my mother said to her, she will always have someone love her. Her condition right now is stable so everyone is wishing for her recovery”. It went right through her kneecap and it’s very slim that she can walk again JC: oh crap…does u think she will Doctor: she may fully recover and but then she may not. We took out the bullet in her knee. Its going to be very painful for her to go through, you know that right JC: yeah I do. Can I go see her and does she know about this yet Doctor: you can go see her but we haven’t told her yet JC: thanks Doctor: your welcome your friend is very lucky JC: I know Doctor: we’ll have more security outside and by her room all the time and we’ll put you and your friends in a private room to give you your privacy 4 hours later Melissa was coming to and then saw Justin sleeping by her, she didn’t know why but she needed to get out of that place. She unhooked all the machines and found crutches to go outside. She made it out by the time all the doctors came because the machine went flat line. Justin: what the he… where’s Melissa All he saw was an empty bed and tears sprung to his eyes. All the police were looking for her. JC was outside on a bench when he saw a young girl that looked like Melissa JC: Melissa is that you Mel: JC? JC: Melissa its me what are you doing out here, what happened Mel: I had to get out of there JC: how the hell are you walking Mel: don’t know it hurts a little but you know I deal JC: are you all right Mel: I’m fine, I’m a little pissed but fine JC: why? The next day she was resting in her bed. In the living room with Andrew, Justin, JC, Chris, and Jason. Justin: why was she in the hospital in the first place JC: because… Justin: what tell me I have a right to know Chris: we all know you do Andrew: but this is something that she has to tell you because it’s been long story about her past. It’s up to her to tell you Jason: we can’t do that for you Justin: why hasn’t she told me yet JC: I don’t know but she hasn’t Justin: why can’t I know… I want to know… why do all of you know and I don’t Chris: complicated… the only thing the other guys know is that Melissa was in the hospital because of the court case but they don’t know everything JC: she’ll tell you I promise Justin: what if she doesn’t Andrew: trust me she will Upstairs with Robin, who is JC’s girlfriend and is a doctor and Melissa who is bored out of her mind Mel: why do people seem to think that it’ll be a hard time for me to recover Robin: because of your extent of your injuries Mel: but I was walking yesterday and it hurt but I’m still going to be able to do everything I did before except with a little break Robin: you know you’re supposed to be resting Mel: does it look like I care Robin: no but you should Mel: yeah… and why does everyone think I’m anorexic Robin: because look at you Mel: but I can’t eat because of the extent of my previous injuries that damaged my stomach and it isn’t even mine… I have to get anther one and I don’t eat much and I have to watch the calories I intake to keep my health up Robin: yeah well… people who know you know that you’re not anorexic and you’re a great person and you have to take medicine for your problems.
