Just a little about myself, I was born in 1971 in Shawano Wisconsin, I have a brother Bob and a sister, Becky. I graduated from Shawano High School in 1989. I have been in the US Air Force since 1989. I am a Personnel Technician and went to basic training at Lackland AFB Texas, like all Air Force personnel do. I than was off to Keesler AFB Mississippi (near Biloxi) for training as a Personnel Tech., after about 6 weeks of training I was sent to my first Permanent Duty station, Hahn Air Base, West Germany (50th Tactical Fighter Wing). I was there from April 1990 until April 1992, 4 of those months from Jan 1991 until April 1991 I was a Security Police Augmentee, due to Desert Storm. After my tour was over at Hahn, I was then stationed at KI Sawyer AFB Upper Peninsula of Michigan (410 Bomb Wing), from 1992-1995, upon the closure of this base I was selected to work at the Headquarters Air Force Security Police Agency (later the Air Force Security Forces Center) at Kirtland AFB New Mexico (in Albuquerque), I was stationed there from 1995 until 1998. I was then selected for a remote (no dependents) tour at Kunsan Air Base, (8th Fighter Wing) South Korea, this was a challenging 1 year assignment (1998-1999). I was then selected for assignment to Eielson AFB Alaska (354 Fighter Wing), this is where we currently are at, since 1999 and will be here until 2005. I married Amy in 1992 and adopted Brady around 1995. Noah then came along while I was in Korea (1998), and we came to Eielson and had Joelle in 2001. I have recently been selected for promotion to Technical Sergeant (E-6). |
