I'll make this quick
i don't have much to say,
anyway,
in all my worst nightmares i'm in love.

usually a girl
she's mostly young and beautiful
somestimes i know her
sometimes i knew her before
and once in awhile i have one
or more,
but all the time it's a nightmare.

i like to play these tricks on me
almost as she likes to lick on me
when i'm sleeping.

in all my worst nightmares i'm in love
and it really wrecks the day
i think that i'd better write a letter
to maybe make her stay
a little longer than my memory.

i can dream of horrors
terrors from my youth or
that movie i just saw.
maybe they're of falling
from a really tall building of some sort
but some have a deeper flaw,
when the falling's gone and left
me in love with myself.

cause it's the worst kind of nightmare
a disasterous dream i mean those ones where i'm in love.
