The Price is wrong

One for the younger among us

Well after the fantastic release of my web site I have had a lot of feed back and with that comes talking to the people to give me the feedback. Out of about ten of them a majority have been quite young (maybe a few years older than me) and they all say the same thing to me, I have this, this and this but I want this but can't afford it and in most cases it is a simple spotted python. These people I talk to can't round up $150, although some adults can't do that also the younger among us don't have the same oppurtunities.
But what I have noticed is that these people usually have something along the lines of this, ... 1 beardie, 1 bluey, 1 carpet python. See a pattern? Yes, they are all ones! So this is a message to all the younger veiwers of this page that are just starting out, don't buy something here and something there, this is what I did wrong at first but I fixed my error. Buy a pair of adult blueys or adult beardies (in my case I got both), then breed them, then get on to snakes (probally your best shot would be a pair of childrens which would go for about 500) then breed them, then... GET WHAT IT IS THAT YOU REALLY WANT! You wont get what you want by getting bits and peices then hoping to find a cheap one (although it works for some people and good on them). You have to discipline yourself to not settle but PLAN for what you want and eventually it shall come to you and if you can't handle waiting on a plan then reptiles are just a fad to you and you may aswell not start at all because you will jsut get rid of them all when you find something else.

I started out a year ago, thinking that if I save up birthday money then the rest of the money would fall on my lap and I would get an olive python ( my Original dream snake) but then I came to reality and settled for a carpet python (although I love my carpet) then I went a few months miserable and thought serious, though of the above and have now implemented it to action and I plan to get what it is that I want at the end of this year, I only wish I did it sooner so please, don't make the same mistake and start early like I did.
