Both areas are located in the Laurel Highlands very close to Hidden Valley and Seven Springs. Take the turnpike to Donegal and make a left after the tolls. Note, on the right is a log cabin looking resteraunt, a very nice place to eat. But if your like me then after you made a left keep looking to the right. There is a gas station that has little mini resteraunts inside, this is where I eat. So, you made the left after the tolls, about half a mile down the road turn onto PA 711 North and ten more miles to Route 30 East. By this time you should be able to follow the signs to where you want to go. Just find a place to aprk and start riding. Come on this area is so huge there is no way I can tell you every where to ride. There is a bike ship in the area that can give you more info and the trails you can ride are marked with blue and red. Do not get on any trails marked with yellow. Yellow trails 90% of the time in PA are walking only.

Well, one trails is nice flat multi track, the next is a downhill that will have your cheeks pulled back. There are so many different trails here that you can find anything you can think of and even a few you didn't. You can even bike the dirts roads in the area and enjoy the day. Bring plenty of water though because your not likely to find any water fountains. If you want some more fun then try the trails marked with blue only. These trails seem to be the harder tighter single track. The trails go from rocky to smooth the root infested. This is really a great place to ride and some of the views are awesome.
