But, My favorite is:  Preparing Raw, outta this world dishes that kick you into reality.  Eating foods that still have their LIFE in them is the key to healing, long life, and energy beyond your imagination!  Foreign cusine is best.  Ever notice that there are No Fat people in Asia?

HUMMUS

2 cans garbanzo beans (Drain and keep the water on the side for adding as needed)
I make my own garbanzos from dry...but cans are easier.

Tahini  (if you buy tahini..fine, but if you make it yourself ...
toast your sesami seeds)
garlic
Olive oil
lemon juice

Make same way as the Baba Ganouj but no eggplant...just garbanzos.

PESTO (The real kind)
One bunch of cilantro (washed good)
Pine nuts (or almonds if you can't find the expensive pines)
Olive oil
garlic
lemon juice
**blend in the ole mason buddy jar ... or pain in the ass blender.
dip anything and everything in it.
I put on my hummus raw veggie burritos
morning toast
pita anytime food.
To die for.
