1971 - LET IT ROCK

Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren started by selling Fiffities Rock´n´Roll records in the back room of Paradise Garage done up as a suburbam Teddy Boy´s dream front room with ornamental jars of Bylcreme.  Vivienne mad Ted clothes for Malcolm,  they started to sell those too and soon took over the entire shop.
Teds loved it. So did milliner Stephen Jones, them aged 13, whom they fitted out in orange and black - drape  jacket , drainpipe jeans, day-glo socks,  ruffed shirt, bootlace tie - and lime-green sued brothel creepers
