Mulan was originally released on video February 2, 1999. In some areas of the U.S. the Spanish version is also available. And the Chinese version is available on video! (A short review can be found here.) A "Gold Classic" version was released February 2000 and as far as I know the only difference is the inclusion of the "Reflection" and "True to Your Heart" music videos.
The movie was originally released on DVD November 11, 1999. It included the film in wide-screen and TV format in English, Spanish, and French, the "Reflection" and "True to Your Heart" music videos, and the theatrical trailer for Mulan.
A 2-disc "Special Edition" DVD set will be released on October 26, 2004. According to the Disney website: "...this new 2-Disc Special Edition includes spectacular bonus features for families and collectors -- deleted scenes, all-new music videos, games, and an exclusive sneak peek of the all-new movie MULAN II!"
