Who is Bart Simpson?

Bart Simpson is the oldest child and only boy of the Simpson household. He is a fourth grader at Springfield Elementary. He is bratty and hates Principal Skinner and his teacher, Mrs. Krabappel. He's always getting into trouble and failing tests. He is an underachiever and his best friend is Milhouse Van Houten. Nancy Cartwright does his voice on the show.
