The story begins with C.C. and Sophia receiving unexpected guests: it's Cruz and Eden. C.C. can't believe his eyes, and wonders where they have been all this time, and Eden explains to him and Sophia that Cruz had found her in Europe. She explains that she had gotten professional help to help cope with her "multiple-personality" problem, and that Cruz had helped her all the way.
Gina tries to figure out a new way to get some money from the Capwells, and shares her plan with Lionel. Lionel wants her to get rid of her obsession with the Capwell family. Gina pretends to agree with him, but secretly continues to figure out a plan.
Mason and Julia discusses their martial problems over dinner at the Orient Express, when Mason receives a phone call. It's C.C. who tells him Cruz and Eden are back. Both Mason and Julia are completely stunned, and they hurry over to the Capwell estate.
After hearing about Cruz and Eden's adventures in Europe, C.C. decides to throw a "welcoming home party" for them. He explains to Cruz, Eden and Sophia that he's so glad to have his family back together again.
Meanwhile, Kelly is over at her place, unaware about Cruz and Eden's return. She's dreaming about Cruz when Ted suddenly shows up, and tells her that he has some good news. He then tells Kelly about Cruz and Eden, and about the party. Kelly is absolutely thrilled.
Lionel tells Gina that he had heard Eden and Cruz were back in town, and that the Capwells were going to throw a great party to celebrate their return. Gina smiles to herself thinking that she could try to crash the party by going to it uninvited.
Mason, Julia, Ted and Kelly are all very happy to see Cruz and Eden again. C.C. proposes a toast to Eden and Cruz. They all have a great time together, until Kelly lets it slip that she and Cruz had been involved while Eden was gone. Eden can't believe it, and she tells both Cruz and Kelly to go to hell, and rushes out of the house. Cruz runs after her to try to explain. C.C. and Sophia wonder what's going on.
Cruz finds Eden at the beach, but she tells him to leave her alone. Cruz tries to explain that he had a difficult time after their divorce, and that Kelly was there to help him through it. He also tells Eden that she should never doubt his love for her. Eden stands still for a moment, until she suddenly turns around and faces Cruz. She asks him how he could betray her with her own sister, and then she runs away. Cruz chases after her, screaming how much he loves her, and asking for her forgiveness.
Gina receives an unexpected guest; it's Keith Timmons. Gina wonders what he's doing in SB, and he answers that he had missed her.
