Biography

Gordon Micheal Woolvett was born in Hamilton, Ontario Canada in 1970.  He was twelve when he got his first agent.  He also attended the Theatre Aquarius.
Gordon received roles in commercials and in theater as well in some television shows.  His first real film role was in the movie Joshua Then and Now (1985) where he played 'Teddy Shaprio'.  In 1986 he got his next big role as 'Bobby' in a T.V. movie called Act of Vengeance.
Gordon's continued with smaller things for the next year but in 1988 he won a role on the T.V. series Learning the RopesHe played a boy named Brad ( I haven't seen it so I can't tell you much about it).  Later that year on December 5 he made a guest appearance beside Jerry O' Connell on the T.V. series My Secret IdentityThe episode was called "It only hurts for a little while" (Episode 1.10). Around 1989 Gordon worked as a PJ (Program jockey)for YTV. He says that it was "Myself and (a few other PJ's) in a small room with one camera.
Two years later in 1990 Gordon was in two more  T.V. movies called Princes in Exile (he played 'Louis'), and The World's Oldest Living Bridesmaid (he played 'Rodney') as well as a feature movie called Bordertown Cafe (as 'Jimmy').
In 1993, Gordon made one T.V. movie and one movie.  He palyed 'Soletski' in the T.V. movie Family Pictures and 'River's Boyfriend' in X-Rated (also called X-Rated: Liberty Street).  In 1994 he did two gusest appearances on Forever Knight playing 'Kyle the Grocery Boy' ( "Can't run, can't hide" eps. 2.11 on November 14) and Kung Fu: The Legend Continues ( "The gang of three" eps. 2.17 on October 24). he also did a stint as a host for Wildside a Nickelodeon series that he had to go to Africa for a few months, he was "wallowed in a mud pond with three Cape Buffalo, was chased up a tree by a zebra, stampeded by a herd of elephants, and bitten by a cheetah." But he says it was his favorite hosting job so far and found it to be very cool.   In 1995 he secured the part of  'Herbert Pencroft' on the T.V. series Mysterious Island, he was also in the movie Rude as RickyIn 1996 was in the film The Legend of Gator Face (I'm not sure who he played), and in 1997 he played 'Soldier' in the T.V. movie Elvis meets Nixon, and 'Little Jay'  in Promise the Moon.
It was also in 1997 that Gordon  got his role as Reb on the Sci-fi T.V. series Deepwater Black (a.k.a. Mission Genesis).  Himself and six other characters are clones from Earth that was destroyed by a deadly plague called the Pandora Virus.  Alone with a cargo of human genes they are headed back towards Earth from space to attempt to repopulate it.  It's a really good show but it's only on YTV at 1am on Sunday nights (It's also on the Sci-fi channel if you get it) but it's worth staying up for.
As for last year (1998) Gordon has completed one T.V. movie called Mind Games (a.k.a. Trauma), he played 'Victim', the T.V./video My Date With the Presidents Daughter and Bride of Chucky (which is the new, fourth, Child's Play movie) it's also known as Child's Play 4.
So far this year (1999) Gordon has done two films; one being the T.V. movie Ultimate Deception in which he plays Frank McThomas and a feature film called The Highwayman (I'm not to sure of his character name). It is still lacking in a proper release date but the summer looks hopeful, it is in post-preduction now (April '99).
That's all I know for now so if you can tell me anything I've missed it'll be much appreciated and I'll undate when I learn some new stuff.
