In my humble opinion, Mecha is what made the Project A-ko
series so great. Without the futuristic elements including the Alien Spaceship,
The Earth Defense Force, and The Public Workers Defence Force, The A-ko
series would have been just another "Girls School" story. This page
has been constructed to pay tribute to the mechanical side of the series,
and the term "Mecha" will be used to broadly cover not only the traditional
exoskeleton/robots, but also conventional vehicles.
