Welcome to #NBC-Live!

Tonight we are talking to of the stars of the hot new daytime drama is an accomplished vocalist who has been singing since the age of 11 and has won several national vocal competitions. She plays the dynamic role of Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, a teenager who dreams of a life of luxury as Mrs. Ethan Crane. Welcome Lindsay!

UofCenFl: I really enjoy your character on Passions...I think you set a good role model for teen girls and let them know that they can dream...my question is are there any similarities between yourself and the character you play?

Lindsay: The similarities that I've seen would be Theresa's determination and her passion for her goals in life. Obviously, in my personal life, my goal isn't solely toward one man...as Theresa's> is....but her passion and determination and drive to accomplish that goal are similar charactertistics to my life. I have those traits as well.

Lindsay: I have the same drive as Theresa but towards a different goal.

Thomasthegreat: Have you been on other tv shows before?

Lindsay: No, this is my first.

UofCenFl: You are great...I was wondering how you landed your jobs on Passions and how old are you ?

Lindsay: It was all over in a 3-week period. I'm 21 years old.

Soapfan32: What's been the most fun thing about working on Passions?

Lindsay: I guess dumping all of the items on Travis....all of the foods items, because it is action and it gives my character more energy. There is a lot more motivation and reaction time. The character and the scene itself is intensified. It gives Theresa more versatility because it> shows all the sides of her character.

Lindsay: It shows her excitement in regards to Ethan. I just enjoy throwing things on Travis and seeing his response.

Sally4532: Lindsay i was checking out the passions site, can you tell us about the diary and who writes it?

Lindsay: Of course I didn't write it. Theresa wrote it! It is an extension of Theresa's life outside of the television show and she wrote it.

Caldude: What do you like to do in your spare> time?

Lindsay: I haven't had any spare time since this show began. I live my script, read my script, learn my script and perform my script.

Passions_fan: Did you know any of the cast members be fore the show?

Lindsay: Not one single cast member.

Lindsay: My family is very excited for the show and also to watch me Monday through Friday. They live in Vegas, and I don't see them very often. This gives them an opportunity to see me 5 days a week.

Jt: You are both called schemers. We know Kay will do whatever it takes, but haven't seen an evil side to Theresa. Will she be influenced by Tabitha?

Vigue3: Has anyone in the cast actually been to Maine because I live in Maine and I heard Harmony was set in Maine

Lindsay: Yes, Jesse Metcalfe and Galen Gering who played both of my brothers, went to Maine. However, the town in Harmony is set in New England, not any specific state.

Sugarpie : To Lindsay-----will Theresa quit the job at the cannery?

Lindsay: No jobs last forever but stay tuned and watch.

ASKNBCLive: Christina-gh says: What's been your most embarassing moment on Passions?

Lindsay: When I threw the milkshakes on Travis, the floor had just been freshly mopped, and I slipped and fell on my butt! That was embarrassing but it was FUN embarrassment.

Christina-gh: Lindsay do you collect anything else besides dragons and crystals?

Lindsay: I collect angels and books on healing the spirit.

Ldg: To Lindsay:I don't know how Theresa deals wth Luis. You should asks the writers to give you a break. He picks on you to much.I can''t stand when he bothers you the way he does.

Lindsay: Luis means well, and loves his younger sister and feels responsible for her well-being.

TeresaCrane: How far ahead are you on the show from what is happening now?

Lindsay: One month, and I like your nickname!

Toni470: One of the things I like most about this show is it's ethnic diversity. With the name "Lopez-Fitzgerald" I would imagine that that family is multi-racial; something I can identify with. Are you of Latin heritage, and do you know if we will be able to get more on that family's background, how they came to Harmony?

Lindsay: I am Greek and Italian, and there will be more information on Theresa's family background in the episodes to come.

Goatlover: how do you stay fit?

Lindsay: I keep spilling the milkshakes. I don't drink them!

DanniQ: How do you feel about playing a not so wealthy preson on this show?

Lindsay: It doesn't matter how much money you have. It's all about love.

Lindsay: Plus, Theresa wears nice clothes. She is into the fashion magazines.

Christina-gh: Are there any special name brand clothes you like to wear or your character wears?

Lindsay: I like to wear Guess, BCBB and Theresa shops at Forever Young because she can't afford the more recognizable labels.

UofCenFl: I would like to know what T.V. shows you enjoy and what musicians you enjoy?

Lindsay: I love X Files, and Ally McBeal, and Star Trek--The Next Generation. I like to watch those television shows and eat popcorn with M & M's and peanuts.

Lindsay: I enjoy Dave Matthews and Alanis Morsett.

Tuka: I must say that Theresa is the main character that makes me watch Passions. What direction do you think the character will take?

Lindsay: Whatever path will guide her closer to achieving her goal as to being Mrs. Ethan Crane.

megs81: You seem to have a lot of humour in your soap opera as opposed to drama....would you rather do serious roles or humerous ones?

Lindsay: I'm lucky because Theresa has both drama and comedy.

Ginger: Do you believe in love at first sight?

Lindsay: Theresa does.

Trey-Trey: Is there a soundtrack in the works for Passions? If so, where can I buy it?

Lindsay: When and if there is a soundtrack, you can find out at www.nbc.com/passions

Kimmygirl: Lindsay how was it like to kiss travis in front of everybody i would like to know because i just got casted to be the lead in a play and i have to kiss a guy?

Lindsay: I believe completely in what my character feels, and that makes the kiss work and feel comfortable, and look real.

Lindsay: ™

Ashley584: What episode has been your favorite so far to tape?

Lindsay: The episode where I fantasize about Ethan and the life we would have together if I became Mrs. Crane....financially, spiritually, fashionably.....

Passions_FAn2000: What about singing? Any record deals?

Lindsay: I'm so busy now, but I'd love to record in the future.

Pperson1: What is it like knowing that millions of people see you on TV and will eventually recognize you only "Theresa"?

Lindsay: I am very very happy that they are watching. It would be an awesome thing! I am very excited.

Jt: Do you have your own websites? Where can we write to you directly or would we have to write through NBC Passions?

Lindsay: Possibly in the future, I will have a website, but right now you can write me at Lindsay Korman, Passions, CBS, Radford Studios, 4024 Radford Avenue, Studio City, California 91604

Onyxfox: Do you think you will have material worthy of Best newcomer in the Emmys next year.

Lindsay: All I want to do this year, is do the very best I can, and if someone thinks that's worthy of an award then RIGHT ON! I'd be very grateful!

Nikki_Spinelli: DO YOU KNOW IF YOU'LL EVER SING ON THE SHOW, MAYBE?????

Lindsay: Hopefully in the future, I'd love to.

Janie: when you first read the script how did u react to it

Lindsay: I thought it was very creative, useful, innovative and fun.

Rungro: I love the show, It reminds me of Dark Shadows in a sense, Will the Macabre and the witches continue in the future?

Lindsay: Tabitha will bring lots of trouble to Harmony. She's not going anywhere.

MY_BOO2: have the cast had any bloopers that u want to share with us?

Lindsay: When I work at the cannery, they kept mopping the floor, and I slipped. The fish went flying out of my hand. Chuck the cannery owner came in to deliver his line and he sllpped on the floor, and to top it off, Travis, who plays Ethan, was supposed to slip...and slipped! So it was a 3-way slipping event.

JAYccs: Passions is great! What is it like working with James Reilly?

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne> It's great! There is some really good writing on the show and alot of opportunity to see some really good acting. It is really an honor to work with someone who is so esteemed in his profession. He did so much for gays that I really have a good feeling about Passion because of his great writing.

Passionsfan5: Taylor, I heard you had never auditioned for a tv role before, how did you feel when you were picked?

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne> I was shocked. I was really shocked and flattered that NBC was giving me a chance to use my acting ability on national television. It was an amazing opportunity and I'm really lucky.

Lindsay: I am really lucky to work with such a good group of people my first time doing this. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable.

Azn_chica: i wanted to ask taylor anne mountz how she became about starting in the acting business.....

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne> When I lived in Dallas, I modeled with the Campbell Agency and I've always been very interested in acting. I did theater in my high school for 3 years and expressed my desire to get into the acting division with my agency. They set me up for this audition.

Miguel88: Will you guys be going to differnet states or citys and meet all of your fans?

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne> We will definitely, eventually in the future. You can find out about it at www.nbc.com/passions

SoS_16: Taylor I read somewhere that your character may have special "powers". I know you can't give out spoilers, but would you like for your character to take this direction?

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne> Yes I'd love my character to take that direction. I think that would be so exciting to portray having some special supernatural powers.

Emma: Do you both sign autographs for fans through the mail?

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne and Lindsay> If you send self-addressed, stamped envelopes to Passions, CBS Radford Studios, 4024 Radford Avenue, Studio City, California 91604. Also please write the name of the person that you would like the picture to go to.

Trey-Trey: Taylor, does anyone on the set think you resemble Molly Stanton, who plays your cousin, Charity?

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne> No, not really, since we have different coloring...different looks. I think an opposite look helps to develop the story like with Miguel because he has this look he is looking for and I'm the opposite of that. I'm not really what he is looking for. That is something for my character to deal with.

Bella925: Taylor, what other acting experiences have you had? I'd like to see you in other things.

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne> This is actually my first acting experience on television. All I've ever done before is theatre. I did go to the state meet for the one-act play this year. My high school did, and it's a really big thing in the state. It's UIL state competition. 8 or 10 high schools are picked from the whole state to go to this meet in Austin, so that was a really great theatre experience.

Toni470: There's a survey you can take when entering the Passions website. Do you & the rest of the cast/writers get to read our responses & feedback on the show?

Lindsay: <Taylor Anne>The producers definitely read all of the feedback from the surveys. Please fill everything out. We appreciate it. Please let us know what you think.
