This movie is definately worth seeing, if for no other reason, because Nicolas Cage is the best actor in movies today. He and John Malkovich turn a pretty good story into a very good movie.
The movie is about a group of the country's worst and most vile convicts who are being flown, together, to a new high tech, high security prison. Cage's character is "hitching a ride" with the convicts because he has just been released.
Soon the convicts, led by Malcovich, takes over the plane and mayhem follows. Cage gives another great performance and Malcovich is excellent, playing the same type of sinister villain he played in In The Line Of Fire, but it's not quite enough.
With the exception of a few interesting twists and the two lead characters, this movie is a standard hollywood action film with the usual high tension and very explosive ending.
