Princess Diana,
We're sad that you are gone,
Your life was cut short,
And we know that it's all wrong,
We don't know who to blame,
And so we're very mad,
Why should this happen,
To make us all so sad?

You were a wonderful lady,
Someone to truly care,
Which in this world today,
Is often very rare,
You touched people's lives,
In ways you didn't know,
And everybody's asking,
How can this be so?

You were caring and understanding,
To people you'd never met,
And this is the price you paid,
What a truly awful debt,
You supported several charities,
Always helping another,
You were beautiful and charismatic,
Not forgetting a wonderful mother.

Rest in peace Diana,
You deserve it for all you've done,
And we'll pray for the rest of your family,
And your two young sons,
You tried to help everybody,
In a world that was a mess,
Which is why you'll always be remembered,
As Diana, the people's princess.
