Buffy is your average teenage girl with one major exception, she's the slayer. There's one girl born each generation with the strength and skills to hunt vampires and other demonic beings, and she's the one. With the help of Giles, "the watcher", and her friends, Buffy annihilates those being that would otherwise rule the world.

But it isn't easy being a slayer. I mean, there are a lot more problems than just your average blood-sucking villain can create. It is veery hard for her to lead a normal social life when she spends nearly every night out slaying demons, and has enemies knocking at her door all the time. It has taken her a while, but she finally realized that it would be impossible to save the world and her social life at the same time.

All isn't lost though. She has great friends who would follow her to hell and back. It also doesn't hurt that she can add a bit of comic relief in some very bad situations.
