Willow Rosenberg / Alyson Hannigan

Willow is the thinker of the group. She's more knowledgeable than most teems her age and more shy as well. She seems most at home in front of a computer, breaking into the school's records, or even police reports. Numerous times she has used her intellect to get them out of trouble or provide much needed information. I think the reason she is such a great asset to the group though is not because of her knowledge, but because of her loyalty to her friends.

The only thing she lacks in her life is a boyfriend, and she's had it figured out for quite a while who she wants that to be. It's too bad that Xander doesn't realize that he's the one. He just looks at Willow as one of his "best buds", which has become a constant nagging problem for her, and now that Buffy's there it has become even more difficult. You see, Xander likes Buffy and doesn't know Willow likes him. Willow like Xander, but is too shy to confront him about it. But, since the last episode ("Nightmares"), Willow has seemed to come to terms with the fact that her one true love is in love with someone else, although she did seem to find it somewhat interesting when Xander was suddenly stuck in front of the class with only his boxers on.

Alyson Hannigan has, like Sarah, been acting since the age of four. At first you could see her in commercials for Six Flags Theme Park, McDonald's, and Oreo cookies. Then she moved onto the weird and...uh...well, just wierd. She starred as Dan Aykroyd's daughter in the big screen movie "My Stepmother is an Alien" along with Kim Basinger.

The shows Alyson later starred in seemed to follow a lot with Willow's personality, as did quite a few of her characters. She's been a regular on the show "Free Spirit" about a witch who worked as a housekeeper for a widowed man and his children. She's also done work on "Almost Home", "Touched by an Angel", "Picket Fences", and "Roseanne".

In an interview with her done by UltimateTV, her final comments to all of the fans was, "Write to me. Care of the WB." I guess no matter how far you go, it helps to have fans waiting.
