INVENTING THE ABBOTTS
Set in the late 1950s, it's a story
about two teenage brothers in
the Midwest whose lives are
devastatingly affected by the
rich girls next door. Doug Holt
and his older brother, Jacey, are
glassy eyed about the Abbotts, their affluent
neighbors who reside in a mansion, do tent parties
and boast three gorgeous daughters -- Alice,
Eleanor and Pamela.
Jacey makes it his personal task to bed sultry
Eleanor. And the Abbotts’ imposing father makes it
his task to thwart him. Meanwhile, Doug -- who
also has the hots for Eleanor -- feels almost obliged
to pursue middle sister, Pamela, who happens to be
his pal.
