» Born January 24, 1970, in Lansing, Michigan, as Matthew Lyn Lillard.
» Has a younger sister named Amy.
» He is 6 feet and 3 inches tall.
» Graduated high-school in Tustin, California, and his post-secondary education includes the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena, California, the Circle in the Square in New York, and Fullerton Community College of the Arts.
» One of his classmates at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts was actor Paul Rudd.
» His manager, Bill Treusch, got Matthew the audition for Serial Mom.
» Started the Mean Street Ensemble with a friend (it disbanded in 1991) and is now part of the Summoners theatre company.
» Has dated actresses Neve Campbell and Christine Taylor, but wed Heather Helms in 2000 and they have two daughters: Addison Grace (born June 13, 2002) and Macey Lyn (born October 19, 2004).

  • This film is about a young woman (Erika Christensen) who is trying desperately to keep her small restaurant afloat and her own sanity. Although it premiered in November of 2002, there is relatively little information available on this Canadian movie.

  • Luc was a villian with a notably bad French accent in this NBC TV movie.

  • Shaggy is the lovable goof and owner of Scooby-Doo. This movie follows the separation of the friends after they reach the heights of their careers, and what it takes to bring them back together when they end up on an island...of death.
  • Of all the actors in this movie, Matthew did the best job of capturing the Shaggy that fans remember from the cartoons.

  • Matt took part in the third segment of the movie (titled 1996), where Anne Heche has to decide between keeping her baby and having an abortion. He is part of a young couple in the clinic, and has a focal role in the film even though the character was never given a name.

  • Stuart Macher was the schitzoid best friend of Billy Loomis, the boyfriend of Sydney Prescott, and himself the boyfriend of Tatum (Deputy Dewey's sister). Stu was a combination of black humor and general psychoticness.

  • Cereal Killer is one of a number of young hackers trying to save the group from ending up in jail...or worse. For the most part he plays background filler in the movie, but he has an integral part in saving the group toward the end.

The two boys are among a group placed into a room with 'troubled students', and unluckily for Mosk, Van Housen has always given him a hard time.

  • Dawson and his friend Adams (played by Mark Valley) ran down main character Jian early into the movie, then, desperate to keep from going to jail, kept coming back to try again. This movie was the pilot for a short-lived Vanishing Son series. (Since I saw this movie when it first appeared on TV in 1994 and haven't saw it since, my memories are sketchy...but I seem to remember thinking, 'My God, what a jerk!'...and, 'Oh, dear Lord, this is bad...')
Ghoulies 3: Ghoulies Go to College (1991)
  • CHARACTER: Dexter Stork
  • Matt was an extra in this movie, and played a nerd. He was credited under the name Matthew Lynn. The best thing about this movie is that it is more likely to appeal to fans of modern horror than the original Ghoulies.
