Faith
Evil Vampire Slayer

First Appearance: "Faith, Hope & Trick"

Best Line: "It's not cynical. I mean, it's realistic. Every guy, from Manimal to Mr. I-love-The-English-Patient has beast in him. And I don't care how sensitive they act. They're all still just in for the chase."

Known for: Trying to kill Buffy, trying to kill Xander, trying to turn Angel, killing Deputy Mayor Finch, killing Professor Worth, teaming up with the Mayor and being a general psycho

Worst outfit: Her dancing gear in "Faith, Hope and Trick"

Funniest outfit: Her pink flowery dress, compliments of the Mayor

Prominent feature: Her bosoms. Always visible, always swelling.

Cordy's observation: Does anyone think that's her real hair color?

Hobbies: Sex, sex, sex, eating, slaying, wrasslin' alligators, sleeping without a stitch on, Playstation, loud music, dancing, gyrating, throwing knives at big bug things

I can't believe it: Had sex with a virginal Xander, proceeded to throw him out

The equivalent of not calling the next day: Strangulation

Gay much?: BYOSubtext, wants to get with Buffy

Call me a fan of Faith. I just can't get enough of our little Slayer gone bad. I have an affinity for those that join the Dark Side, as it were. Give me Darth Vader over Luke Skywalker any day of the week. For some reason, Faith's turn didn't surprise me much at all. She always seemed a little too bad to be good, and a little unhinged to boot. I like the idea of Buffy having to deal with that fact that her comrade is evil. Angel did it to her, and then Faith decided it would be fun. In reality, she did have more fun after she switched teams - and she didn't see the need to live in the shadow of Buffy anymore. The thing about Faith is I think we all understand her, to some extent. Faith is like the little sister who's just never as good, as kind, as pretty or as deadly as her big sister Buffy. Plus, Buffy had all the goods - friends, mom who's not dead, clothes, house, boyfriend, watcher, etc. . . Faith was jealous, as any normal person would be. However, she couldn't handle the jealously, and she let it control her life. Buffy remained a sore point with Faith after she had joined the Mayor, and this was a major theme of "This Year's Girl."
