I wrote the following at work:
As I reflect drearily upon my recent graduation from the insipid state- and federally-funded youth internment known as the public school system, I think to myself, "Damn, she's hot."  Well what do you expect?  I wrote this while at the podium at Tinseltown and hot chicks show up sometimes.  Anyhoo...back to the recollection...I can't help but crack a Grinch(TM)-like smile, confidently asserting that I am indeed better than so many of my peers.  Not as many as Dean Chuang, but a respectable sum all the same.
It's not the graduation ceremony itself that pleases me so, in fact, I look upon that hastily thrown-together spectacle of stupidity with the utmost scorn and disdain.  No, I revel in the glory of the completion of 13 years of involuntary "study" in the Gates-Chili school district.  (Note:  I used " because, as you all should know, I am extremely lazy, thought brilliant.  Other note: I failed my senior-year english final exam with a 62%).  Yes, I graduated despite many ill-conceived, and ultimately unsuccessful attempts at my expulsion, particularly this past year.  I almost wish that they had some credence and had gone through with it, just so I could say "I was expelled for what I wrote in the school newspaper," or "I was expelled for saying that my friend was highly skilled at Russian Roulette in a National Honor Society Reccomendation letter I wrote for him,' or any of the myriad other reasons they threw at me.  (By the way, in case you are new to me or this site, all my newspaper articles, that letter, and many other pieces are located somewhere within the confines of my little piece of the net.  And for a detailed explanation of Russian Roulette, or perhaps a game or two, contact Matt Holm.)
So I might not be going to college this year because of financial issues, but whatever.  Somehow, somewhere, I'll find a way to piss of The Man.  Sorry.  Ever since I saw
Undercover Brother, I have become a militant black sympathizer.  Peace out, my brothers and sistas.
I know I ended rather quickly, but my shift just ended and I don't feel that creative anymore.  You should see the laminated nametags I made.
