| March is going to be a very productive month. We will begin the month with a birthday celebration for Dr. Seuss. This will include making green jello eggs to go along with the story Green Eggs and Ham and a Wacky Wednesday for PK 4&5. Other themes slated for this month are: Make Believe, St. Patrick's Day, Colors of the Rainbow, and Welcome Spring. |

| GREEN DAY In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we will celebrate "Green Day" with each Pre-K class. On the scheduled "Green Day", the children are to wear green clothing to school if they wish and everyone in the class is to bring one green show and tell to school. **The show and tell item must be sent in a bag or bookbag. Items will be shared during circle time. Show and tell items can be anything from a toy to an everyday item found in the home. Be as creative as you want! |
| Scholastic Orders Book orders are due by Friday, March 12. We only have two more months to order after this one. Take advantage of the great prices! Thank you to all parents who have faithfully ordered books this year. Your orders have earned many great free books for our classroom. |
| Dates To Remember: Wednesday, March 3: Wacky Wednesday PK4&5 (See note attached to newsletter) Tuesday, March 16 (PK3) and Wednesday, March 17(PK4&5): Green Day Thursday, March 25: NO SCHOOL PK5 due to an afternoon faculty meeting. Friday March 26: NO SCHOOL. The teachers have a clerical day. |
