All prices are per person, quoted in Canadian dollars, based on double occupancy in superior ("Komfort") rooms, as available at each destination, based on conditions at the time of printing/promotion and subject to conditions and changes outside our control, therefore subject to change without further notice. Meals are provided as indicated: no credit for meals not taken.
The planned itinerary may vary according to conditions before or after departure, or according to season or arrival airport, and equivalent substitutions made for accommodation and excursions. The spa visit, of course, will not be changed.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at time of booking [unless WE are forced by circumstances outside our control, or insufficient enrolment, to cancel]. Air fare portion may be payable in full according to the terms of the flight and airline involved for each particular trip. Balance of package price is payable when travel arrangements are confirmed by us and at least sixty days before actual departure date.
Prices quoted do not include transportation and departure taxes or surcharges. We recommend optional airfare cancellation insurance as well as baggage and out-of-province/country supplementary health and accident insurance.
Always carry your daily schedule with you. Group travel deadlines must be met, therefore arrive ahead of times indicated.
The traveller is wholly responsible for any additional costs incurred through delays; accidents; missed connections, meals or sightseeing; local conditions; weather; excess baggage; hotel extras such as porter service, room service or other charges; injury, death occasioned either by reason of defect or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in carrying out arrangements of any aspect of these tours; or for any other reason outside our direct control.
Ensure your passport is still valid: non-Canadian citizens may also require a Schengen visa for trips to Western Europe. All such documentation costs must be paid separately by the traveller.
You are responsible for the security, care and carrying of all your own luggage/baggage at all times.
Each participant agrees to be bound by the authority of the Tour Guide or other company representative in charge. If any participant is deemed by the Tour Guide to endanger the safety, or be the cause of danger, distress or annoyance to the group, or any member of the group, through inappropriate conduct or irresponsible behaviour, including hyperactivity or illness, the offender(s) may be removed from part or the rest of the tour, without compensation for any monies paid as part of participation in the tour. Parents are fully accountable for their accompanying children.
Initial assembly point is Vancouver International Airport, unless you are joining the tour en route, when it will be the destination airport.
