1. Are you going to have rooms next week when I need to move in?
YES WE ALWAYS HAVE ROOMS

2. Where are the rooms located?
We have rooms in Washington Heights, Bronx and Queens.
Washington Heights (Uptown Manhattan) about 20 minutes from Time Square.
Washington Heights is located on the northern/West tip of Manhattan; Washington Heights extends from 145th Street to 200th Street (Dyckman St),

3.Can I get the address of where the rooms are located?
YES... When you come to our office and fill out an application.

4. Who am I going to live with?
We start working for you once you step foot in our office, we do our best to find you the best living space for you. In another word we don't know until we start calling the listing that we have in our office.

5. Can't I bring my dog/cat?
We have placed someone w/ a cat in the past but it has been really hard, is better if you don't have a pet.

6. Is the neighborhood safe?
Washington Heights has long been known as the neighborhood of Latin American immigrants as well as Russian immigrants. Some consider it the last little secret neighborhood in Manhattan. There are a lot of families and children, is a working class neighborhood. To get a Crime Statistics: please visit the the NYPD web page. Washington Heights is the 34th Precinct. In my opinion is safe, I actually feel safer around here than the downtown area.

7. Can I see a room today but I am moving next week?
We rather not show any rooms until you are ready to move, however if you have the money to rent a room right away but you are moving next week then we will show you the rooms that are available for rental.

8. How long do I have to stay?
You can stay as long as you want, and we prefer long term rentals. Once you move in all you need is a week notice before you move out.

9. Do I sign a lease?
NO lease is sign but you have to fill out and sign our application.

11. How long does it take to find a room?
For males it takes from 15 minutes to 4 hours, for females it takes from 15 minutes to 6 hours. (this is average) Please give yourself enough time to find a room.

You fill out an application
We start calling people that have rooms for rent (these are exclusive listing from our agency)
Once we find a match you leave the 1 week deposit and the feeat our office and you go and see the room.
If you like the room then you pay your first week rent to the apartment owner and you get the keys and you can move in right away.
If you don't like the room then we will send you see as many room as you like until you find something you feel confortable with.
If at the end of the day you don't see anything you like then we will refund you your deposit and fee.
You are more than welcome to come back and try it again the next day.

13.What are your office hours?
We work monday to saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and sunday from 12AM to 5 PM. All year round except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
