To reduce spasmodic pain, Add 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds to hot water. Drink 2 times a day.
Add  ½ teaspoon finely ground cinnamon to a glass of milk. Drink every night.
Grind dried mint leaves into a powder. Mix 1 teaspoon mint powder and 1 teaspoon honey. Take 2 times a day.
