Here are sites that can be very useful specifically to homeschoolers, some that are useful for any Christian, and some that are just great for families.

INTERNET SAFETY . . .
I know myself how very important it is to protect our families from the litter on the internet so that we can enjoy the treasures. I also know that for many of us, especially those of us homeschooling, the cost of buying protection [i.e., filters, etc.] can be very prohibitive. Because of this, I feel the need to share with my website visitors the best deal I could have imagined--a truly FREE internet filter that offers totally customizable controls. It's called WeBlocker, and after using it for about a year now, I highly recommend it to everyone.

If I seem like a salesman pushing a product, PLEASE forgive me--I really do not want to sound that way. Homeschool Easy Records Software: Love this software! It is easy and ever so organized! The reports I can generate with this include weekly assignment sheets, progress reports, report cards, transcripts, school calendar, and more. The customer support is truly excellent, also.

There are two email groups for Homeschool Easy Records [HER]:

One is for software updates--this one is used to send notice of current or upcoming updates to the program.

This is where I go for all my favorite books and much of my curriculum!

Typical Course of Study: World Book Encyclopedia has provided a good outline of what you might include at various grade levels. These recommendations are not from a Christian viewpoint, but they are helpful suggestions which can aid you in making decisions about your homeschool curriculum.

Homeschooling on About.com: This is not a strictly Christian site, but the information available is wonderful. Last summer I took advantage of the Summer Reading Club offered, and my sons really enjoyed the special prizes that came in the mail for them at the end of the summer.

This is a *really* NEAT site!
