Coolidge, Arizona is a nice small town located just south of Phoenix and slightly East of Casa Grande.
Buyers come here because it offers some of the most affordable housing in the Phoenix area. Coolidge is also near the I-10 freeway which makes an easy commute to either Phoenix or Tuscon.
This area is surrounded by mountains and it is my opinion that it is a pleasant and charming community to live in.
