► The Isotemporal classification for all yeast proteins used in Qin et al, PNAS 2003 publication. This is a tab-delimited text file, generated in early 2003.

A C++ software package for interaction network analysis. It can generate MS02 network null model and enumerate shortest-paths. Its CVS version is also hosted at Bioinformatics.org. See http://bioinformatics.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/bna/

A PERL library for sequence manupilation, codon bias analysis, simple statistic analysis, graph analysis, and many other useful tasks. . This is a perl library that I used routinely.
