August 12 – “The Spiritual Meaning of Freedom”
August 19 – “The Authority of the Soul”
August 26 – “Sermon by the Sea”

DR. MARILYN LEO TO JOIN US ON SEPTEMBER 9

The Reverend Dr. Marilyn Leo will be our special guest teacher on Sunday, September 9. Dr. Leo has been a part of Religious Science since childhood. Her family was very close to Ernest Holmes and his wife Hazel from 1915 through the rest of their lives.

Now retired from pulpit ministry, Dr. Leo serves in the Archives, is Treasurer of the UCRS Wisdom Council (retired ministers) and serves on the board of The Hefferlin Foundation, and independent non-profit foundation which supports the teaching of Science of Mindâ.

Dr. Leo compiled and edited Love and Law, a collection of previously unpublished talks by Ernest Holmes. She also contributed the manuscript for That Was Ernest, written by her father, Dr. Reginald Armor.

Her latest publication is In His Company: Ernest Holmes Remembered. It is written from her personal recollections of Ernest and Hazel, as well as those of her family and from personal interviews with many others who knew and interacted with them.

Dr. Leo will have copies of her latest book to sell and will also be available for a book signing,

Dr. Leo is traveling in the Northwest and final times and places for her appearance with us have not been established. She will definitely speak at our Celebration of Life on September 9. An afternoon seminar has yet to be confirmed.
