I climbed Huron in late April of 2001 with Ed Brady.
Though we both felt like calling it quits several times, Ed and I pushed each other until we made it.
What started out as an easy snow shoe hike ended up as a desperate epic of postholing and setting off small avalanches. Somehow we made the summit and back down to the car before dark.
