Why did I spell the title this way?
Simply because a title must represent the theme!
Just ponder over this statement:
"Knowledge is a trifle different from knowing the language of your milkman"
So ... Got it?
This means I am afraid I may be calling as simple a job as a daily chore to be my Core Competence!
And precisely for this reason, I want you to decide upon the title.
It's completely upto you to treat it as a daily chore or otherwise.
Let's start now:
If you do not find me restless, clueless, hurt, desperate or nostalgic in my writings, I failed as a writer. For one thing, only these feelings have got me into writing and dictate my contents as well. I have always been a communicator to the hilt (My Virgo sun and moon testify that). I tried to curb it for a more focused approach to life. You just cannot suppress your natural instincts, I suppose. My expressions have succeeded in finding a new outlet through writings. Writing has never been my forte, rather petty if compared to my oratory skills. However tough it has been to sit quietly, I have done that. Hence this sudden passion for pen. And here I am. These days, I keep mum - almost always - but my fingers have got addicted to do all the talking. My contents! Well you see, it is driven primarily by the urge to speak out, cry out, shout, scream - And usually the same way! Mostly disturbing circumstances - sometimes the popular impression of introvert, intentional non-assertiveness, unwillingness to confront any one leading to the popular prejudice of incompetence - lead me to writing. At times it hurts, but it is always interesting. Those who jump into conclusions do not deserve the right to know great things. To these commoners, I must always remain an enigma and this precisely gets me going. This is one approach I adopt. I do not need any endorsement from them. I am too good to be endorsed by a layman. I can challenge the hell out of anyone to even demonstrate a microsecond of an attitude; and they will not defy my immense faith on their inability. But this does not discourage them from displaying the outrageous knack of pun, and a seriously intended one at that.
Well, that cannot be substantial enough to deter me?
But then what does Enough is Enough really mean?
There are many takers for the statement of Winston Churchill about Attlee:
Clement Attlee is a modest man who has a good deal to be modest about.
And the number of takers increases with decrease in intellect or any other mediocrity parameter. This is strictly where a thin line grows into a sharp, steep valley. To give a hang of what I really mean I would like to quote Emily thingyinson:
Success is counted sweetest by those who never succeed
I will buy into the thought as the highest bidder at any auction. But it doesn't end there. Think over it! Almost your entire thought goes into something you have failed to achieve. You compare your thoughts with those of the successful ones. And without fail you realize the universality and truth around the thought. So, is it over? No. Think some more ...
You are unable to get out of a web the line weaves around you. Change your perspective and have a re-look.
To complete the stanza,
Success is counted sweetest by those who never succeed
To comprehend a nectar requires sorest deed.
But I see a totally different message underlying this:
Success makes modest, the people who really succeed,
A quality thats must, to further your success indeed!
So I deny anything modest about modesty and reject the non-followers as non-sense.
If only my lady would understand this!
Until then, expect loads of similar words - trickling down through pen instead of the usual powerful and skillful mouth!
