I agree that animals vaccinations will be kept current, including rabies, at all times. I also agree the animals will receive regular veterinarian check-ups and medical care to the best of my financial abilities. I agree that the animal will be strictly a house pet and/or will be constrained by adequate size fencing or will be in a country home. I agree that the animalswill never be restrained by the means of a chain or rope. I agree to provide this animal, shelter, food, fresh water at all times and to provide the pet with love, attention and care. If for any reason I have to find a new home for the animal, I agree to return the animal to the organization HOPE of TEXOMA, and/or to assure the animal is only re-adopted through the guidelines and approval of the organization. I agree that if I must go on a vacation or leave the animal for more than a day, that the animal will be boarded in a approved kennel or will be cared for by a reliable and trusted animal care provider. I agree that an agent has the right to check on this animal at reasonable hours/times to ensure the guidelines of this adoption are being met. Further, that if it is determined that the animal is not receiving humane care and/or the guidelines of the adoption are not being met, HOPE of TEXOMA has the legal right to remove the animal from the adopting home. I understand that adoptions fee's are considered donations. As such, they are Tax Deductable, but non-refundable.
