Voters Meeting

July 18, 2005

Call to Order: Peter Salm called the meeting to order at 1920.

Devotion by Pastor: Psalm 25: 8-14 Standing with God depends entirely on His forgiveness. He is with us and is faithful to move forward with things we normally wouldn’t think we could accomplish. Pastor led the voters in prayer.

Last Meeting Minutes: Minutes were not available from the last forum. Minutes were accepted Charlie Larsen, first; Richard Melanson ;2^nd.

Application for Voting Status: Kelly Morgan & Ron Sandness; Passed

Voter Membership Ratified: Steve Fraser was ratified as a voting member. Vernon Frasch was not ratified to do absence. Executive committee will make effort to contact Vernon about attending next meeting for ratification.

Pastor’s report: Same as Congregational Forum July 10, 2005.

Budget: Presented to Voters by Peter Salm with following commentary. Peter said the report basically says we’re breaking even. Encouraging trends show our attendance and membership growing. Budget is provided as a planning tool for the future. Peter had a discussion with George LeGrow about grants and other funding sources for a K-8 School.

New Members: Paul & Naomi Migliacci transferred from Aplstles Lutheran, Ukiah, CA

Pastor moved on behalf of the Board of Elders and himself that their membership be ratified and Paul is invited to join the Voter’s Assembly. Charlie Larsen 2^nd. Passed

• Richard Melanson appointed Chair of Stewardship by Executive Committee.
