![]() ![]() is a cool summer dish that goes well with any kind of meat. It can be eaten as a full lunch by itself as it is very filling. If you take out the feta it is suitable for a low calories diet but it doesn't taste the same. ![]() Greek salad can be altered in many ways according to taste but there are a few ingre- dients one cannot use or it won't be a Greek salad anymore. Don't use lettuce, carrots, cabbage, lemon or lemon juice, vinegar or any kind of sauce or anything baked or boiled. ![]() use green tomatoes but red juicy ones make a better sauce.
