| Horror News October 12, 2004, Finally! Tim Burton's Second Foray into Horror Animation! Announced for a while now, Burton fans (epecially those of A Nightmare Before Christmas) have been exstatic about the year-away stop animation film, "The Corpse Bride", which will feature the voices of Johnny Depp, Emily Watson, Helena Bonham Carter, and Albert Finney. The first released picture of the film contains title-art and the Corpse Bride herself-- I don't know about you, but I don't think I'll be able to wait until October '05! The art can be found here. Ginger Snaps Follow-ups Hit the Market As of several weeks ago, both the sequel and prequel to the werewolf hit "Ginger Snaps" were released on DVD. Ginger Snaps 2 is the sequel, and Ginger Snaps Back the prequel-- both lead girls returned for both. The DVD comes as great news to those of us outside Canada, who were virtually unable to catch the films in the theater. Poster art can be found here. Just in Time For Halloween-- Horror at the Movies! Since this is October, expect to see the usual slew of horror titles released at the box office-- among these Sarah Michelle Gellar's US remake of the Japanese Ringu rip-off, "The Grudge," as well as Stephen King's "Riding the Bullet".
