REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE


Horses in Drought would like to hear from anyone that is in genuine strife and requires assistance. Please complete the below form and submit it. Please note terms and conditions below.
As hay is currently scarce, Horses in Drought urge horse owners to realise that it may be of greater assistance in the long run to consider moving horses to temporary homes, with good pasture, where available.

In completing the above form you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I understand that Horses in Drought are here to provide prospective property owners / horse owners with contact details for/of temporary homes, any further arrangements / agistment contracts will be the sole responsibility of
a. Owner of the horse
b. Billeting Property owner

2. Horses in Drought strongly advise all horse owners to sign an agistment contract prior to moving horses to temporary agistment.

3. I give Horses in Drought permission to pass on my contact details to prospective agistor’s .

4. I release Horses in Drought and their volunteer workers to the fullest extent by law from all actions, claims, costs and liability of any sort which may arise directly or indirectly from providing this billeting register service. Furthermore, any loss or damage is considered the responsibility of the said parties.

5. I will notify Horses in Drought if I no longer require assistance and wish to be removed from this register.
