This page is dedicated to all of the poor forgotten souls of the throwing world. You may know who I speak of if you've ever been to a track meet. They are the ones who are often forced to compete before any spectators arrive. Quite often they are tossed into some far off corner of the field where no one would be bothered to go watch them. They are the strongest and the hardest working members in the group you would call Track and Field. Yet the least appreciated....
