Deborah was born 23 July, 1799 in New York from Noah Kellogg and Lucy Crow, both born in Connectcut. She married John Daniel Hosselkus 28 December, 1820. Together they had 3 children listed below:

Deborah passes away 20 March, 1891 and is burried in the Col. Alfred Cary Cemetery, Oakfield, NY, in the Village of Oakfield, Genesee county, NY.

In the 1880 U.S. Federal Census records, it lists Deborah as an 80 year old woman living in Cary, Genesee County, New York. It also lists her as being a house keeper.
