Mary Ann Tate
Mary Ann was born December 1, 1836, in Armagh County, Ireland from John Tate and Elizabeth Lee. Her family moved to California when she was 16. (Notes say that they sailed from Liverpool on a steamer Atlantic). She married Edwin Douglas Hosselkus September 26, 1859, in Taylorsville, CA. Together they had 4 children.
