If you feel you have been taken advantage of by this company, here are some steps you can take:

1. Contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge. For AmericanExpress cardholders, you can do a chargeback at any time without AmericanExpress contacting your webhosting company for a reason or dispute resolution. Your webhosting company has to fight to prove its charge is valid. Visa and MasterCard also offer chargebacks. Your webhosting company has to prove that its charge is valid withing something like 5 business days of receipt of the notification from the bank.

2. I think it will help us, if we team up with as many people we can find. Below is a link to FTC complaint form. They state that they can not help with individual problems, but if complaints on a single company shows some illegal structure (and i'm sure you agree this is true in this case) the FTC will take legal steps against the company in question. So PLEASE fill out such a report.  (https://www.ftc.gov/ftc/complaint.htm) --Richard S.
