The following steps should

be followed before placing

an order.

1) Before you send payment or email your FTM file to HPS, you need to determine what chart type from the Family Tree Maker software you would like converted. First, run the Family Tree Maker software.  Then select a display chart. This can be, a Descendent Tree, All-In-One, etc.

2) You will then need to determine how the tree is to be displayed Standard or Fan. 

3) Now you will need to determine what options are to be displayed by Family Tree Maker for printing.  This can be set once your chart is being displayed, right click your mouse button over the chart to select your display options from Family Tree Maker.  Select your display options from the software.  Family Tree Maker will automatically save these options with your family file.

4) Exit the Family Tree maker software.

5) You will need to email your *.FTM file to HotPepperSoftware@yahoo.com

6) In your email specify the output graphic format you would like. PNG is the default and the most compact. Please contact HPS, Inc. ahead of time if you have specific graphic requirements or have any additional questions.

7) Select payment and options through CCNow.

8) Your graphical output file will be emailed back to you in 2-3 working days.

9) All information is kept strictly confidential.  It is not shared with anyone or any third parties. Your information is not used for any other purpose except as to produce a graphic chart. Once you accept delivery of your graphic chart produced by HPS, HPS will remove your file(s).  If you need any corrections or additional charts you will need to email HPS again.  Charges may or may not apply depending on the circumstances.
