Welcome-
I am Frank Valdez and I am a performer/musician. I have enjoyed working in a myriad of situations over the last 25 years including, but not limited to, jazz festivals in Europe, studio work in Panama', public and private performances throughout the U.S. with Event Performance's Premier Ensemble -
U.S. Beat.
As a multi-instrumentalist I am available for studio and live performances. Specializing in Alto, Tenor, and Soprano sax performance with great reading skills.
I also play flute, keyboard (percussion/string pads/2d keyboard), electronic wind device, acoustic drums, congas and misc. percussion instruments.

Practice Tip: Don't forget to practice long tones. Really long tones. At the very end of your breath give it an extra push. After years of playing "Pop" music I recently joined a wind ensemble and realized how much I need to get back to basics to play the long phrases of the literature.
