These may be excellent movies (I don't know I haven't seen many of them) but they contain scenes or storylines which may be extremely painful for survivors to watch. Obviously, every survivor has different levels of discomfort and these movies are ones that have triggered other survivors or have been tough for them to watch. In most cases, I have tried to put what it is that may trigger but for some of the movies I do not know. Those names have been passed on to me from other survivors, some of whom found it extremely painful to talk about the movie. If you have any movie to add to this list, please email me. Thank you.
