Development evaluation

Since the establishment of the organization (1963) until now (1990's), thera are many things establihed and developed by the organization, both in quantity and quality. From quality stand points, the results are as follow :

1. Training instructors nationally creates instructors that is mature and responsible fot the knowledge he/ she passed on.

2. The balance in quality among branch in National Championship shows even distibution of the instructors and also shows the discpline in practising .

3. The existence of Padepokan (Dojo/ Camp) shows the loyalty and sense of belonging among members.

4. The issuance of Member Card or Certificate shows improvement in the way we administrate the organization. We become more profesional and mature.

5. The existence of research and development department  can open possibility of broad application of Merpati Putih Art, such as application for blind man, athelete, etc.

6. The existence of scholarly evaluation shows that Merpati Putih is explainable, no magic involve.
 
 

Expectation
 

Pencak Silat is one of great heritance of Indonesian anchestors, which is expected to become a national indentity.

There are many challenges and obstacles faced by each organization to keep and develop itself, such as public interest or managing ability or developing application to  everyday life.

In his 25-years development, Merpati Putih has been trying  ways to develop the knowledge so that it can catch up with knowledge and technology. The application or evaluation of Merpati Putih method is hoped that it can support the organization in public services.

We realize that in order to achieve those goals, we need help and participation from anyone (from members, society, scholar, institution, etc.). We really appreciate any contribution of idea, scholarly evaluation, etc. Hopefully we can do much better in the future.
