Wonderful Web page! Awesome family! I wanted to share with Cindy a "diet" that has changed my life, both spiritually & physically, its called "The weighdown Diet" by Gwen Shamblin. There is a book about it and many churches host the seminars.Its a simple all to obey God's instructions about the priority of food in our lives-sounds fanatical at first, but its reward is like that of tithing-blessings for obedience!Imagine guilt free eating and losing/maintaining your ideal weight! I challenge you to read th book or at least look into the website (I don't know the name offhand!)Its a wonderful Lordship type devotion that will change the priority food/dieting/exercising has in your life and keep God 1st with much more time for your family. I met palmer at the mens retreat a while back. We bunked in the same cabin. I thouhgt he was great and had great stories. He also is a little silly, but I am sure you no that. But his love for the lord was great and he sings like a king. I am from t e Kingsland Chapel in Stafford VA. We are a church of GOD of prophecy. I like your diet suggestion. I just had my son 6 months ago and have been holding onto 15 extra pounds for too long. I have a history of eating disorders and find it disturbing to look in the mirror. Eventhough my husband says he likes the extra pounda e on me (I'm 5'6 pre-pregnancy 105 lbs. and now I'm around 118 - 122) I hope for some success. i like your web pages.your exercises are very basic butit does work..people dont realize but simple exercises like that reduce weight and or belt sizes along with not eating fatty foods ie hamburgers fries continually.anyway just browsing through the inte net.have fun.
